train lenght : approx  50 m.
number of fluorescent tubes : 8000  = 8 tubes / meter .
number of tubes per train = 400 tubes .
each tube = 50 watts ==> it takes 50 x 400 tubes = 20 000 watts = 20 kW .= 20 kJoules
for U = 230 volts then I = 87 Amp .

total daily consumption : 20 kJoules x 180 seconds x 28 trains = 100 800 kJoules . = 28 kWh .

 Assuming that there is winds of 5 m/s in average for about 70% of the time then it takes .
 
 28 000 x 3600 = X 18.50 x 86 400 x 0.7  ==>  X = 28 000 x 3 600 /18.50 x 86 400 x 0.7 = 90 square meters .

  to store approx 25 kWh it takes : 20 batteries of 12 volts 150 Amp/h .
  a battery cost approx 1300 HK$ and last for about 3 years .
