CARBON MARKET   (Europe)

One ton of CO2 is being currently traded at about 25 EUROs and the penalty is at about 40 EUROs .
 
 It takes approximatively 2 MWh for a power plant to generate 1 ton of CO2 .
 For a MOTORWAVE of 1 MW capacity that cost 100 000 EUROs ,it will take approx 8760 hours
 Of production to cover the initial capital investment .  There is 8760 hours in one year .
 In one years a MOTORWAVE can be fully financed just by the carbon market .

By selling a electricity production of 1700 MWh (approx 70 days of production) at 0.05 euros /KWh
We collect : 85 000 EUROs.
By selling the equivalent in CO2 to the carbon market (750 tons ) we collect : 21 250 EUROs
Total = 106 000 EUROs .

By selling the electricity production and selling the equivalent CO2 we break even in 70 days.
